Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add olive oil and mix well to coat.
Cook the Chicken
- Place seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Sauce
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Bring to a simmer, then add melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Serve
- Add gnocchi to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the lemon chicken gnocchi in bowls, garnished with extra parsley.
