Prep
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, ricotta (if using), Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and pepperoni.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 4 circles (about 6-7 inches each).
- On one half of each circle, add 1 tbsp sauce, then 2-3 tbsp filling, leaving a border.
- Fold dough over, press edges, and crimp with a fork. Brush tops with olive oil and cut slits.
- Place 2-3 calzones in air fryer, cook 8-12 minutes at 375°F, flipping halfway, until golden and cheese bubbly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with extra sauce.

Notes
