Ingredients
  

For the French Toast
  • 6 slices 6 thick-cut bread like Texas Toast or brioche
  • 3 large 3
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 whole milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons 2 granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon 1 vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Pinch salt
  • Cooking Spray avocado or coconut oil spray

Method
 

Prepare the Bread
  1. Cut each slice of bread into 3 sticks, about 1 inch wide and 4 inches long.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  3. Dip each bread stick into the custard for about 10 seconds per side, coating all sides.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking oil, arrange dipped sticks in a single layer, and spray tops with oil. Cook in batches if needed.
  6. Air fry for 4-6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon-sugar, and serve with dipping sauces like maple syrup.
