Ingredients

  • 4-6 pieces Lamb Chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Equipment

  • Air Fryer,
  • Meat thermometer

Method

  1. Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels to help them brown better in the air fryer.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Place lamb chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over lamb chops, coating evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  6. Air fry the lamb chops for 8-12 minutes depending on thickness and desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy: 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare, 145°F (63°C) for medium.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes and enjoy.
