- Prepare the shrimp and sauce: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, white wine (or broth), red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Marinate the shrimp: Pour 2/3 of the sauce over shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes while the air fryer preheats.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, opaque, and curled into a loose 'C' shape.
- Transfer shrimp to the bowl with sauce, add parsley and lemon juice. Toss to combine and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
