Ingredients
  

  • 8 squares Graham Crackers from 4 full sheets, broken in half
  • 4 Large Marshmallows or jumbo marshmallows
  • 1.5 oz Chocolate Bars about 4 pieces, milk or dark chocolate

Method
 

  1. Break graham cracker sheets in half to create 8 squares. Arrange 4 squares in a single layer in your air fryer basket, optionally on a piece of parchment paper.
  2. Place one piece of chocolate in the center of each graham cracker square.
  3. Place one large marshmallow on top of each piece of chocolate. Press gently to secure. If needed, use a small piece of wooden toothpick to anchor the marshmallow to the graham cracker.
  4. Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 2 to 4 minutes, watching closely until marshmallows are golden brown and puffed.
  5. Carefully remove the basket and immediately top each toasted marshmallow with a graham cracker square. Gently press down to create the s'more.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.

Notes

For extra gooey s'mores, pre-melt the chocolate by air frying the graham crackers with chocolate for 1 minute before adding marshmallows. For variations, try peanut butter on the bottom graham cracker, different chocolate types, or even fresh fruit like strawberries or bananas.
