Apple Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 medium apples grated

Method
 

  1. Wash and grate the apples. Squeeze out excess moisture.

  5. Heat skillet and cook pancakes until golden brown.
