  • 2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Walnuts or Almonds For added texture
