                Notes

These Banana Bread Brownies actually taste even better the second day as the flavors have time to marry. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. If you live in a humid climate, or if you've used a particularly moist easy banana bread brownies with sour cream recipe, the fridge is your friend for up to a week. They also freeze beautifully. Wrap individual squares in plastic wrap and then foil, and they will stay fresh for three months. To reheat, just pop a square in the microwave for 15 seconds. It will taste like it just came out of the skillet.
