  • 1 pound salmon fillets skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder for grain free
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or any neutral oil with high smoke point
For the bang bang sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari for gluten free
For the bowls
  • 2 cups cooked rice jasmine, brown, or cauliflower rice
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • fresh cilantro or mint for garnish
