- Prepare your liquid base. If using brewed green tea, make sure it is completely chilled. Add milk to the blender first.
- If using matcha, sprinkle it over the milk and mix well before blending.
- Layer in the greens, yogurt, and banana. If the banana is not frozen, break it into chunks.
- Add the frozen berries on top. This is the heart of the smoothie.
- Secure the lid and blend on low speed first, then increase to high until completely smooth (45-60 seconds).
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
