  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 works best for flavor
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 28 oz bag Frozen French fries crinkle cut for extra texture
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
