Prepare the Big Mac Sauce
- Whisk until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside or refrigerate if making ahead.
Prepare the Ground Beef
- Preheat a large skillet or cast-iron griddle over medium-high heat until very hot.
Cook the Smash Burgers
- Sprinkle generously with salt and black pepper.
- Carefully flip the taco so the beef is directly on the skillet.
- Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining beef and tortillas in batches.
Assemble the Tacos
- Drizzle generously with Big Mac sauce. Serve immediately.
