- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create Big Mac sauce.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread half of the Big Mac sauce, then the beef mixture, followed by half the cheddar cheese.
- Layer tater tots evenly, drizzle remaining Big Mac sauce, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tater tots are golden and cheese is bubbly. Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced pickles before serving.
