Prepare Ingredients
- Ensure your banana and blueberries are frozen solid.
- If using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes.
Blend the Smoothie
- Pour the almond milk into your blender.
- Add the fresh spinach and chia seeds.
- Add the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, and blue spirulina powder.
- If using protein powder, add it now.
- Blend on low, then increase to high. Use the tamper to push ingredients down into the blades. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more frozen banana or ice cubes if too thin, or a splash more milk if too thick.
Assemble the Bowl
- Divide the smoothie evenly between two bowls.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately.
