Prepare the Oats
- In a wide mouth mason jar, combine the oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the jar.
- Stir thoroughly with a long spoon to ensure all ingredients are well combined and no dry pockets of oats remain.
- Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles for visual appeal and a touch of nostalgia.
- Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator to soak for at least 6 hours, or overnight (8-12 hours) for optimal texture.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if desired. Taste and add extra sweetener if needed.
