  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 0.25 cup Greek Yogurt Use coconut yogurt for vegan version
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 drop Almond Extract

  • 1 tsp Rainbow Sprinkles

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a wide mouth mason jar, combine the oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the jar.
  3. Stir thoroughly with a long spoon to ensure all ingredients are well combined and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  4. Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles for visual appeal and a touch of nostalgia.
  5. Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator to soak for at least 6 hours, or overnight (8-12 hours) for optimal texture.
  6. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Adjust consistency by adding more milk if desired. Taste and add extra sweetener if needed.
