Method
Brown the Beef
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until the meat is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Build the Flavor
- Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and Montreal steak seasoning. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Prepare the Biscuits
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a wider circle.
The Stuffing
- Place a small cube or slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit. Spoon about two tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
Seal the Bomb
- Carefully pull the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them tightly at the top. Place them seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Golden Finish
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake
- Slide them into the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
