Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef lean
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 8 slices Cheddar Cheese thick
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds optional

Method
 

Brown the Beef
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until the meat is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Build the Flavor
  1. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and Montreal steak seasoning. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Prepare the Biscuits
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a wider circle.
The Stuffing
  1. Place a small cube or slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit. Spoon about two tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
Seal the Bomb
  1. Carefully pull the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching them tightly at the top. Place them seam side down on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Golden Finish
  1. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake
  1. Slide them into the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
