  • - 4 large flour tortillas
  • - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • - 1 tbsp butter optional, for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Prep the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last 2 minutes of cooking, allowing it to become fragrant.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat and spread ranch dressing on each. Once the chicken is cooked, layer it onto the tortillas. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  4. Wrap & Cook: Fold the edges of the tortilla and roll it up to form a wrap. You can add butter to the skillet and toast the wraps until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve: Cut in half and serve warm!
