- Prep the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last 2 minutes of cooking, allowing it to become fragrant.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay the tortillas flat and spread ranch dressing on each. Once the chicken is cooked, layer it onto the tortillas. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken.
- Wrap & Cook: Fold the edges of the tortilla and roll it up to form a wrap. You can add butter to the skillet and toast the wraps until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve: Cut in half and serve warm!
