  • 4 Fresh Limes juiced
  • 1 cup Cherries pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup Sweetener cane sugar or honey
  • 2 cups Carbonated Water
  • as needed Ice
  • mint leaves or lime wedges Optional Garnish

Method
 

Create the Cherry Base
  1. Strain the cherry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the skins.
Squeeze the Limes
    The Fizzy Finish
    1. Fill glasses with ice and pour the cherry limeade over the top. Garnish with mint leaves or lime wedges.

    Notes

    For a healthier version, replace the carbonated water with coconut water. Store the cherry limeade concentrate in the fridge for up to 5 days. Do not add the carbonated water until ready to serve.
