Dumpling Dough
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 3/4 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream optional
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
