Chicken Parmesan

A delicious baked chicken dish with tomato sauce and cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Frying pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  2. Dip chicken in egg, then Coat in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry chicken in a skillet until golden on both sides.
  4. Place on baking sheet, top with sauce and cheeses. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve hot with pasta or salad.
