  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 0.5 cup Whole Milk warmed
  • 6 ounces Smoked Gouda Cheese shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • Fresh Parsley or Chives for garnish
