Prepare the Oats

- In a small bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the milk, one teaspoon at a time, whisking until the mixture is smooth and pourable.
Assemble and Serve
- Stir the chilled oats and transfer to a serving jar if needed. Swirl the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired and enjoy cold straight from the fridge.
