Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
For the Cream Cheese Swirl
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp milk for consistency

Method
 

Prepare the Oats
  1. In a mason jar or medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed and no dry spots remain.
  2. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the oats thicken.
Prepare the Swirl
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the milk, one teaspoon at a time, whisking until the mixture is smooth and pourable.
Assemble and Serve
  1. Stir the chilled oats and transfer to a serving jar if needed. Swirl the cream cheese mixture on top.
  2. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired and enjoy cold straight from the fridge.
