Ingredients
  

  • 3 packages Cream Cheese (8 ounces each)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 prepared Graham Cracker Crust
  • a few drops Orange Food Coloring
  • a few drops Black Food Coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the cheesecake batter into two portions. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg to one portion, and color with orange food coloring. Add black food coloring to the other portion.
  • Pour the orange batter into the graham cracker crust, then drop spoonfuls of the black batter over the top. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, decorate with Halloween-themed toppings like whipped cream or candy.

Notes

Ensure the cheesecake is fully chilled before serving to avoid cracks. Adjust the food coloring to make the dessert more festive!
