Ingredients
  

  • 3 packages Cream Cheese (8 ounces each)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 prepared Graham Cracker Crust
  • a few drops Orange Food Coloring
  • a few drops Black Food Coloring

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Divide the cheesecake batter into two portions. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg to one portion, and color with orange food coloring. Add black food coloring to the other portion.
  5. Pour the orange batter into the graham cracker crust, then drop spoonfuls of the black batter over the top. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, decorate with Halloween-themed toppings like whipped cream or candy.
