- Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
- Divide the cheesecake batter into two portions. Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg to one portion, and color with orange food coloring. Add black food coloring to the other portion.
- Pour the orange batter into the graham cracker crust, then drop spoonfuls of the black batter over the top. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
