  • 2 cloves 2 minced, garlic
  • 2 tbsp 2 tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp 1 chili powder
  • 1 tsp 1 ground cumin
  • 1 tsp 1 garlic powder
  • 1 tsp 1 smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 water, for moistening
For the Assembly
  • 12 12 street taco size, corn tortillas
  • 1 cup 1 shredded, Mexican cheese blend (or Pepper Jack)
  • 1 tbsp 1 refined coconut oil or olive oil, for brushing
