  • 0.5 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 large Eggs lightly beaten
  • 6-8 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1/3 cup Honey raw or pure clover honey
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger freshly grated
  • 0.25 cup Frying Oil high smoke point, such as avocado, peanut, or vegetable oil
  • Garnish sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds
