  • 1 tsp vanilla extract pure bean extract
Tortilla Preparation
  • 4 low-carb tortillas almond flour or flax-based
Cinnamon Coating
  • 2 tbsp keto sweetener granulated
  • 1 tsp cinnamon high quality Ceylon cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg optional
Pan Frying

Method
 

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, two tablespoons of keto sweetener, and the vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Tortillas
  1. Lay your low-carb tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous, even layer of the cream cheese mixture across the entire surface of each tortilla.
Roll the Tortillas
  1. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling stays tucked inside. If you have extra filling, you can save it as a dip for later.
Prepare the Cinnamon Coating
  1. On a small plate, mix the remaining keto sweetener with the cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg.
Pan Fry the Roll Ups
  1. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Place the rolls seam side down into the hot butter. Fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes until the exterior is crispy and golden.
Coat the Roll Ups
  1. Immediately after removing them from the pan, roll the hot treats in the cinnamon sweetener mixture until they are fully coated.
