                    Notes

For a dairy-free version, simply omit the cheese or use a plant-based alternative. This recipe is perfect for meal prep. Shred the beef and store it in the strained au jus in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. The flavor actually deepens over time. For gluten-free French dip, use gluten-free hoagie or sub rolls. Make sure your beef broth and Worcestershire sauce are certified gluten-free. The filling itself is naturally gluten-free.
