Ham
  • 4-6 lb Smoked Bone-In Ham (fully cooked)
Glaze
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice or Apple Juice
  • Optional pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Remove the ham from its packaging and place it in the crockpot, fat side up. Trim if necessary to fit.
  2. Whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, ground cloves, and pineapple juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the glaze evenly over the ham and rub it into the surface for enhanced flavor.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through and internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). Use a meat thermometer.
  5. Optional: Add pineapple slices and maraschino cherries on top during the last 30 minutes. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Remove the ham carefully and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
  7. Slice the ham against the grain with a sharp knife and serve warm.
