- Place the diced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the ground turkey to the slow cooker and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the fire-roasted diced tomatoes, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally and break up the turkey as needed.
- When done, stir and adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with your choice of taco shells or lettuce cups.
