- Stir in black beans, tomato paste, and taco seasoning. Simmer until everything is mixed together.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and stir.
- Warm tortillas by lightly charring them in a dry skillet.
- Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with turkey and black bean mixture, then add your favorite toppings.
- For the slow cooker method: Combine all ingredients except lime and tortillas in the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
