- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to coat peaches evenly.
- Pour peach mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
- In another bowl, combine cake mix and melted butter until crumbly. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Spoon batter evenly over peach mixture. Do not fully cover; leave some peaches exposed.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and peach filling is bubbly.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
