Prepare the Cottage Cheese Mixture
- In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, dried basil, and oregano.
- Stir until well mixed. Set aside.
Assemble the Toasts
- Place bread slices in the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for 2 minutes to lightly toast.
- Remove bread from air fryer. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly onto each slice.
- Dollop the cottage cheese mixture over sauce and gently spread it across the bread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and optional toppings such as sliced cherry tomatoes or fresh spinach.
Cook in Air Fryer
- Place the assembled toasts back in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
Serve
- Carefully remove from air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.
- Garnish with extra oregano or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes
If your cottage cheese is very watery, drain it in a fine mesh strainer for a few minutes prior to mixing. Pre-toast the bread for best texture. Double batch or freeze assembled toasts for meal prep. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
