Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese low moisture
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg
Topping
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. Combine shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth and molten.
  2. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until combined.
  3. Crack in the egg and knead until the dough comes together. If too sticky, let it rest for a minute.
Shape and Bake
  1. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
  2. Use a pizza cutter to slice the rectangle into even strips.
  3. Brush the tops with melted butter and minced garlic. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slide the breadsticks into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
