- Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and everything bagel seasoning in three separate shallow dishes.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten egg, then coat evenly with everything bagel seasoning.
- Choose your cooking method: bake in oven or air fry as preferred.
- For oven baking, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- For air frying, preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Spray basket with olive oil spray. Arrange tenders in a single layer without overcrowding. Spray tenders with olive oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
- Check internal temperature of chicken; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let tenders cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauces and sides.

Notes
Flour can be substituted with gluten-free flour. Everything bagel seasoning can be made at home with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and salt. For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
