Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Rotini Pasta cooked and drained
  • 10 balls Mozzarella Balls mini, or larger if desired
  • 10 slices Black Olives for 'pupils' of eyeballs
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 small Red Bell Pepper for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Add the cooled pasta to the dressing and toss until well-coated.
  • Using the mozzarella balls, create 'eyeballs' by placing a slice of black olive in the center of each mozzarella ball.
  • Arrange the 'eyeball' mozzarella balls on top of the pasta salad.
  • For extra spookiness, cut the red bell pepper into thin strips and place them around the salad to look like bloodshot veins.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes
