Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Rotini Pasta cooked and drained
  • 10 balls Mozzarella Balls mini, or larger if desired
  • 10 slices Black Olives for 'pupils' of eyeballs
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 small Red Bell Pepper for decoration

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the dressing and toss until well-coated.
  4. Using the mozzarella balls, create 'eyeballs' by placing a slice of black olive in the center of each mozzarella ball.
  5. Arrange the 'eyeball' mozzarella balls on top of the pasta salad.
  6. For extra spookiness, cut the red bell pepper into thin strips and place them around the salad to look like bloodshot veins.
  7. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
