- Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake as directed, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip the top of each brownie into the melted white chocolate, or use a spoon to spread it evenly on top.
- Place a candy eye in the center of each white chocolate-covered brownie.
- Dip a toothpick in red gel food coloring and use it to create a bloodshot effect around each candy eye.
- Allow the white chocolate to set completely before serving.
