Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 1.75 quarts vanilla ice cream high-quality

Candy Center

  • 6 mini Twix bars

Coating

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3 cups cornflakes crushed

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Using gloves, take a handful of cold vanilla ice cream and flatten it in your hand. Place a mini Twix bar in the center and mold the ice cream around it to form a drumstick shape. Repeat with remaining ice cream and Twix bars.
  • Place the shaped ice cream drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours, or until firm.
  • About 30 minutes before the freezing time is up, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  • Place the crushed cornflakes in a separate bowl.
  • Remove the ice cream drumsticks from the freezer. Dip each one into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, then roll it in the crushed cornflakes until fully coated.
  • Return the coated drumsticks to the baking sheet and freeze for an additional 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Serve and enjoy your playful fried chicken ice cream!

Notes

For added fun, serve with sweet dipping sauces like caramel or chocolate. Work quickly when shaping the ice cream to prevent melting, and consider wearing gloves to minimize mess.
