  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts organic, air chilled
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Method
 

Preheat and Prep
  1. Pat your chicken breasts incredibly dry with paper towels.
Season Generously
  1. Rub this all over the chicken.
The Sizzle
  1. Once the oil shimmers, place the chicken in the pan.
  2. Brown each side for about 2 to 3 minutes until a golden crust forms.
The Butter Bath
  1. As the butter melts and begins to foam, use a spoon to baste the chicken.
The Bake
  1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The internal temperature should hit 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
