Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 ounces chocolate chips milk chocolate or mix of milk and semi-sweet
  • 1 bag large marshmallows 10.5 ounces, fresh for optimal puffiness
  • 1 edible black food writing pen for drawing ghost faces
  • As needed graham crackers for dipping

Optional Garnish

  • cocoa powder for dusting
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare an 8-inch cast iron skillet or similar oven-safe baking dish. Lightly spray with non-stick spray if desired.
  • Pour chocolate chips into the bottom of the prepared skillet in a single, even layer.
  • Place large marshmallows upright on top of the chocolate chips in rows, pressing gently to help them stand.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and puffy and chocolate is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and immediately use the edible black food writing pen to draw ghost faces on marshmallows while still warm.
  • Allow to cool 1-2 minutes before serving warm with graham crackers or your choice of dippers.

Notes

This dip offers minimal cleanup and can be customized with various dippers and flavor variations like peanut butter, caramel, or spices.
