Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare an 8-inch cast iron skillet or similar oven-safe baking dish. Lightly spray with non-stick spray if desired.
- Pour chocolate chips into the bottom of the prepared skillet in a single, even layer.
- Place large marshmallows upright on top of the chocolate chips in rows, pressing gently to help them stand.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and puffy and chocolate is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately use the edible black food writing pen to draw ghost faces on marshmallows while still warm.
- Allow to cool 1-2 minutes before serving warm with graham crackers or your choice of dippers.
