- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- Add a few drops of black food coloring to the yolk mixture, stirring until the color is evenly distributed.
- Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish and place a slice of olive on each egg to create a 'spooky eye' effect.
