Ingredients
  

Eggs

  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • to taste salt

Black food coloring

  • few drops black food coloring for color

Garnishes

  • to taste paprika for garnish
  • 6 slices black olives sliced for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Mash the yolks and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Add a few drops of black food coloring to the yolk mixture, stirring until the color is evenly distributed.
  • Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish and place a slice of olive on each egg to create a 'spooky eye' effect.

Notes

Feel free to add any additional Halloween-themed decorations like mini pepperoni or a dash of green food coloring to make them extra spooky!
