These Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders are a comforting and delicious way to enjoy a classic BLT flavor in a slider form. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a fun game day snack.

Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast or seasoned tenders Use blackened chicken seasoning if desired
Bacon
  • 8-10 slices thick cut bacon Cooked until perfectly crisp
Slider Buns
  • 12 pieces brioche or Hawaiian rolls Sliced in half horizontally
Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Cheese
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese Shredded
Produce
  • 1 head romaine lettuce Sliced
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes Sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion Thinly sliced
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 1/2 cup butter Melted
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley Chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Buns
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. Slice the entire block of slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a lightly greased baking dish.
Prepare the Honey Mustard Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Spread a generous layer of honey mustard sauce across the bottom buns.
  2. Layer the cooked chicken evenly over the sauce, followed by a blanket of shredded colby jack cheese.
  3. Lay the crispy bacon strips over the cheese.
  4. Place the top half of the buns back over the bacon.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Topping
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  2. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the buns until they are glistening.
Bake the Sliders
  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling at the edges.
Finish the Sliders
  1. Once out of the oven, carefully lift the top buns or slide the cold ingredients in. Layer the sliced tomatoes, fresh lettuce, and red onion inside.
