Method
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. This helps them get nice and crispy, especially if you're using an air fry recipe. Season with salt and pepper.
- Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken tenders to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to an hour in the refrigerator.
- Cook in the Air Fryer (Preferred): Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. These are great additions to your rotation of air fryer meals.
- Cook in the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the marinated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through, flipping halfway through.
- Cook in a Crockpot: Place chicken tenders in the crockpot and pour the honey sriracha sauce over the top. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve: Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer, oven or crockpot and serve immediately.

Notes
These Honey Sriracha Chicken Tenders are such easy healthy dinner option! Feel free to substitute maple syrup or agave nectar for honey for a vegan alternative and tamari or coconut aminos instead of soy sauce for gluten-free. For extra crispy tenders, add 1/4 cup cornstarch and toss with the chicken before marinating.
