  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 lb Ground Beef browned
  • 10.5 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies drained
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese cubed

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Cut the Velveeta cheese and cream cheese into cubes, then add them to the skillet with the beef.
  3. Add the Rotel tomatoes to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth.
  4. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers!
