Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 lb Ground Beef browned
  • 10.5 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies drained
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese cubed

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Cut the Velveeta cheese and cream cheese into cubes, then add them to the skillet with the beef.
  • Add the Rotel tomatoes to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers!

Notes

This dip can easily be adjusted to taste. You can add more spices or use a different type of cheese if preferred!
