- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Cut the Velveeta cheese and cream cheese into cubes, then add them to the skillet with the beef.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers!
