Instructions
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Cut the Velveeta cheese and cream cheese into cubes, then add them to the skillet with the beef.
Add the Rotel tomatoes to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and the dip is smooth.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers!
Notes
This dip can easily be adjusted to taste. You can add more spices or use a different type of cheese if preferred!
