  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken thighs skin-side down until browned.
  • Transfer chicken to the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth over them.
  • Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until chicken is very tender.
