- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken thighs skin-side down until browned.
- Transfer chicken to the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until chicken is very tender.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
