Make the Sauce
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Pour in the beef broth, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Use a wooden spoon to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the cream cheese until melted, followed by the sour cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
