- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper to prevent sticking and aid in cleanup.
- Pop the popcorn kernels to yield 12 cups popped popcorn. Remove any unpopped kernels. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn. Gently toss with a spatula or spoons to coat evenly.
- While white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle half of the mini pretzels, mini marshmallows, and Lucky Charms marshmallows. Toss gently.
- Repeat melting process with green candy melts in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle green candy melts over the mixture in fun patterns like zigzags or swirls.
- Sprinkle St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles, remaining marshmallows, pretzels, and any other toppings before green chocolate sets.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes until hardened, or refrigerate for 10 minutes if in a hurry.
- Break into snack-sized pieces and serve.
