- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Notes
You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version. Feel free to add mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers for extra flavor!
