- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix!
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before frosting.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting and decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
- Cut into squares and enjoy your delicious moist pumpkin bars!
