  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
For the Toppings
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce melted
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Air Fryer,
  • Mixing bowl
  • 12-inch Pizza Pan

Method

Prepare the Brownie Base
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and unsweetened cocoa powder until fully combined.
  5. Gradually add all-purpose flour and salt, stirring until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter onto the prepared pizza pan, spreading it evenly to the edges. Alternatively, use an air fryer basket lined with parchment and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownie is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Do not overbake.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Remove the brownie from the oven. Immediately spread the melted chocolate fudge sauce evenly over the warm brownie base.
  2. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the fudge.
  3. Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top.
  4. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then cut into 8 slices and serve warm.
