Prepare the Brownie Base
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar, whisking until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and unsweetened cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour and salt, stirring until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared pizza pan, spreading it evenly to the edges. Alternatively, use an air fryer basket lined with parchment and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownie is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Do not overbake.
Assemble the Pizza
- Remove the brownie from the oven. Immediately spread the melted chocolate fudge sauce evenly over the warm brownie base.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the fudge.
- Sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then cut into 8 slices and serve warm.
